COLLEGE FETE & MUSICAL EVENING HELD @ ST. ANTHONY’S, KENGERI

An enjoyable college fete followed by an enthralling Musical Evening was held at the twin colleges campus on 2nd February. The much awaited day began with the college fete. The students’ enthusiasm was overwhelming. They set up more than 25 food stalls and games areas. All types of snacks and chats were sold along with a variety of games. The fete began at 11 in the morning and continued up to 3 pm in the afternoon.

The main purpose of the fete was to give an experience of the principles of business, buying and selling, etc the theory of which they study in class rooms. They all proved to be good businessmen. Every stall made profit!!

At 3 in the afternoon, the musical evening began. There was a brief stage function in which Fr. Jossy Fernandes, the director of Shanthi Sadhana, handed over the certificates to the various competitions held during the year.

The open air musical evening was a real entertainer, as the enthusiastic singers sang numbers from Bollywood, Sandalwood and Kollywood films and a number of feet tapping English songs. The college band gave the musical accompaniment. Overall it was a totally enjoyable day. The degree principal Fr. Veerus worked round the clock to make the event successful. The much awaited college Day is fast approaching on 9th February. Please do come and join us.
