“La Cuisine” at St. Anthony’s & Darshan College, Kengeri
Arguably the most awaited and most interesting event of the Academic year 2014-15 was the appetizing and delectable culinary Competition held at St. Anthony’s Institutions under the title “La Cuisine Indienne”. Number of students from St. Anthony’s PU College and Darshan College of Commerce and Management participated in this event. It was an event that stood out! With limited ingredients, tight deadlines and real life constraints, our students took on a big challenge to create delicious and nutritious dishes. Rev. Fr. George Monis, Sr. Violet UFS and Mrs. Shanthala were the distinguished guests and judges for the competition. Kudos to the organizers!
