“La Musique et La Cuisine” @ St. Anthony’s & Darshan College.
Anthonians celebrated Musical and Food Fête on 7th February, 2015 in a magnificent way. The Fête began with a formal function having the distinguished guests who honoured and congratulated the achievers and the champions in the field of academics, sports and cultural events of the College. The President Rev. Dr. Fr. Jossy Fernandes OFM Cap, motivated the students through three magical words of life “pushing, planning and praying”. The Chief Guest Dr. Cynthia Menezes, from the Department of Management Studies, Bangalore University spoke excellently on how the graduates should dream and envision their future to become the creative & innovative leaders of tomorrow. Mr. A. Raju, Police Inspector, Internal Security Department, Police Commissioner’s Office advised the students not to become prey of the misuse of Mobiles, Internet, Facebook and of many of the evil tendencies of the modern society. He counseled the students saying. “Be alert! Be on your guard! Have ambitions and have dreams of greater destiny”. Dance, music and tasty food aromatized the whole celebration!
