The
Babe of Bethlehem blesses Darshan & St.
Anthony’s with two new arrivals. The
Anthonians celebrated Christmas with a message:
« The Star of Bethlehem shines even today, it
helps us to walk together on the right path of
fraternity and of solidarity. Though we hail
from different religious traditions we will not
allow ourselves, to be blinded by hatred, by
violence and by injustice. We would like to live
together as brothers and sisters, as one
generation in search of meaning of life, in
quest of values of love, peace and harmony... »
these were the words of our young Anthonians as
they enacted the living crib. This is the Spirit
of Christmas which prevailed among the youth.
St. Anthony’s and Darshan welcomed not only the
Babe of Bethlehem but also had two new arrivals:
one in the person of Rev. Fr. George Monis who
is newly appointed as the Vice-Principal of
Darshan College of Commerce and Management, and
the second arrival is the new book “AdvancedFinancial Accounting” from our
Principal Prof. A. S. Chalam. Both the new
arrivals were welcomed with lot of enthusiasm
and felicitated by the Chief Guests Rev. Dr.
Albert Lewis OFM Cap., Rev. Sr. Jessy Perreira
UFS, the Head Mistress of Gnanabhodhini High
School and Mrs. Uma Nair, the Manager of South
Indian Bank, Kengeri. May Infant Jesus shower
countless blessings in the days and years to
come!
